1. Refunds: No refunds are given for Mastering, in the event you are unsure of the quality of the final product, please ask for a demo first.

2. Payments: Once you have accepted the quotation in writing (email or written letter), the work will be carried out by ourselves. You have 30 days from the date of receiving and confirming (email or written letter) the completed work, to pay the full amount agreed. (Payment can be done via Bank Transfer, Cheque, “Pay-pal” or in Cash in person.)

You don't pay for the master until you are 100% happy with the job and this is agreed with us.

3. Remastering: If you are not happy with the work done, you have the right to ask for “Remastering”. We will remaster until you are happy with the work, within reason, at no added cost.

4. Privacy Policy: We will not share or sell your personal information/audio with any third parties. We endeavour to provide confidentiality in the event of discussing projects, it is requested that you make us aware of any projects which are not to be discussed specifically when asking for a quotation.
